Waterfront Vacation Suite

We are located 30 minutes east of Kingston, 25 minutes west of Brockville and 10 minutes east of Gananoque on The Thousand Islands Parkway. We are a five minute drive from the bridge to the USA interstate 81.

The three bedroom vacation home is located at Peck's Marina and available for weekly or monthly rentals. This unique second storey vacation home can sleep up to six people and is fully furnished and equipped to provide for a family a home away from home vacation.

Features and extras include outdoor dining porch plus a screened in sun porch with BBQ. The porches overlook the St. Lawrence River and Champagne Bay. The unit is fully air conditioned and has satellite TV, DVD player and high speed internet service.

The residence includes a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, stove and dishwasher with coin laundry available in the marina. It is also wheelchair accessible with a chairlift.

The marina has dockage and boat rentals available and at an additional charge, a boat ramp, bait, charts, ice and other confectionary items. There is a full service gas dock and repair facilities and a full licensed restaurant on site. Fishing licenses are available at St. Lawrence Outfitters on Reynolds Road less than five minutes drive away.

The village of Lansdowne ten minutes away has a grocery store, beer and liquor store and a hardware and variety store.

OFF SEASON RATES from October 15th to April 14th Weekly rate is $900.00. Daily rate is $175.00 rented for a minimum of four days. Monthly rate is $1600.00. All rates are in Canadian funds. All rates subject to applicable taxes. Rates are based on a maximum of six people in the suite.

PEAK SEASON RATES from April 15th to October 14th Weekly rate is $1,600.00. Daily rate is $275.00 rented for a minimum of four days. All rates are in Canadian funds. All rates subject to applicable taxes. Rates are based on a maximum of six people in the suite.

We will accept one well-behaved pet to be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that the pet is controlled and cleaned up after and that it doesn't disturb the other residents of the marina.

A deposit of 25% of the one weeks rental is required to secure a reservation. We require 30 days cancellation notice in order to have your deposit returned minus a $25.00 cancellation charge. If cancellation is less that thirty days notice prior to the arrival date no money will be returned unless the residence can be re-rented for the same period. Payment in full is due upon arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, personal cheque or cash.

Sun screen, suntan lotion, insect repellant, hat, beach towel, fishing equipment, personal belongings food and beverages.
